I tire of the same thing everyday, so I wanted to get creative with my salads. I take a salad mix from the bag and added fresh, sliced mushrooms, whole black olives and some diced onions. That peps it up a lot. Of course you could add any veggies you wanted. But what really makes a difference is the salad dressing. Here's a few ideas:

you are allowed some fat free sour cream. Take that and add some ranch powdered dressing to it, just enough to flavor it. One pack will go a long way.

Also, my phone counselor recommended Trader Joe's salsas. I don't know if they are around the whole country or not, but they offer a lot of very interesting salsas. They have a peach, pineapple, corn that can top your salad instead of dressing and they really pick up the flavors. They are good to add to lots of other things too like plain veggies, cooked or cold.

I'm the kind of person who likes a hearty breakfast. This is the hardest part of the diet for me. The shakes taste good, but it's not breakfast for me. I tried the sample hot cereal and it was ok, but not for everyday. I'd like some type of egg meal, but that is obviously not in the box. Any chance you might ever come out with a breakfast type entree? Something like scrambled eggs etc.

This is a basic spreadsheet that I personally use each week. I also use it for the 3-day check-in.

I hope that you find it useful. If you find any erorrs or suggest changes... Just let me know.
